Safely Trimming Mouth Hair

Dogs that have coat around their muzzles often need to get this hair trimmed to stay clean and comfortable. And on our lighter pups, we also need to look at what discoloration we can trim off to make them even that much cuter! This may be a bit intimidating, but if done the right way with the right precautions, you can do this! Just pay attention to controlling movement and managing the tongue while making these quick snips. And our adorable model, Dora (the Coton de Tulear) is a little wiggly for face and mouth work, so this can also show you how to deal with that (very common) situation. Good luck and please comment if you have questions!
